Commercial Roadmap Academy was created by James Hunter, an active commercial real estate broker and incoming 2026 President of CIP (Commercial Investment Professionals of SWFL). With over $100 million in closed commercial transactions and a background in commercial banking, James saw too many talented agents either ignore commercial opportunities completely or fumble deals they shouldn't have taken.

After twenty years of originating commercial loans and closing complex deals across Southwest Florida, James built a systematic approach to commercial real estate success—one that any licensed agent can follow. He created this academy to give agents the roadmap he wishes someone had handed him: the financial analysis framework, the due diligence checklists, the deal structures, and the confidence to step into commercial as a true professional.
